Careline365 offers a personal alarm helping people such as those who have Vascular EDS to lead independent lives at home and outside, called the SOS GPS Alarm. It uses GPS technology to track the location of relatives so that they can be easily found in emergencies.

Clicking the SOS button quickly connects the user to Careline’s 24/7 Emergency Care Team, and a built-in speaker and microphone enable two-way conversation.

Featuring GPS tracking technology the alarm pendant identifies your location and sends the information to the Careline365 Emergency Care Team, so you can receive the help you need, wherever you need it.

In-Built Pendant Speaker

The alarm pendant has an in-built microphone and speaker allowing you to talk directly to their 24/7 Care Team wherever you are.

Optional Fall Detection

For added security the Careline SOS GPS Alarm can be upgraded to our fall detection technology service. If a fall is detected the pendant will trigger an automatic call to the Careline365 Care Team. (The fall alarm sensor does not allow analysis and interpretation of all falls. It is designed to detect hard and sudden falls).

How the Careline SOS GPS Alarm Works

Careline365 personal alarms all connect to their in-house 24/7 Emergency Care Team. Accredited by the TSA, their team are trained to the highest standard, providing you with the help you need, when you need it.

1) Trigger your Careline SOS GPS Alarm by pressing the button on your pendant.

2) The team will answer your call and speak to you directly through your pendant. The alarm’s GPS tracking will alert our team to your exact location.

3) If you are unable to hear the team, or respond, they will inform your nominated emergency contacts. Where medical attention is required, the emergency services will be alerted.
