Extra MedicAlert information:
- MedicAlert is useful in emergency situations when a person cannot speak for themselves (e.g. unconscious).
- MedicAlert IDs enable emergency access to details of your medical conditions, allergies, medications, implants, doctors and consultants, next-of-kin, documents and more, when it is needed most.
- Suggestions of what documents to attach on your MedicAlert record are, but not limited to: Diagnostic letter, Emergency Information for Medical Professionals sheet, health management plans, pacemaker ID cards, DNR forms.
MedicAlert VEDS Renewals Programme
Annabelle's Challenge is continuing its work with MedicAlert UK as a protection programme partner, to fund a 2-year renewal of membership for existing MedicAlert members with vEDS.
MedicAlert have kindly agreed to support this by funding an additional 6 months, meaning we're able to offer an 24-month membership renewal!
This offer will run until 31st December 2024
and is a available to vEDS members of Annabelle's Challenge who have an existing membership with MedicAlert UK. On acceptance your existing direct debit will be suspended for 24 months.

As the original provider of medical ID services in the UK, they provide:
