Thank you to everyone who took part in this year's Peel Tower Abseil for Annabelle's Challenge. We were delighted to welcome 76 abseilers plus their guests at Holcombe Hill to help raise awareness of our charity and vascular EDS.
Early indications estimate over £4,000 has been raised.
If you have any sponsor monies due to be paid then please donate via the link below or through your giving page, please remember to tick gift aid so that we can benefit from a 25% uplift on your fundraising or use the sponsorship form.
Sitting at the top of Holcombe is a monument erected in memory of Sir Robert Peel, Prime Minister of Britain 1841 – 1846 founder of the modern Police Force.
The tower stands 128ft high and at an elevation of 1,100ft gives excellent views over Manchester, Cheshire and North Wales and provides an amazing abseil experience.
This year we are raising funds with all sponsorship proceeds being equally split between Annabelle's Challenge Charity and the Murray Muir Institute.
Bring the family to the event, we will have a tuck shop serving refreshments and cakes. We will also be joined by our face painter Clairyfairy's Fun Faces. We will also have a visit from our photographer Meg Thornton.
Registration Fee £10 per person to be paid in advance (non-refundable) Minimum Sponsorship £20 per person.
Please note minimum age is 10 years old to take part in the abseil.
