The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service (QAVS) is the highest award given to UK volunteer groups, being equivalent to the MBE.
Annabelle's Challenge are proud to receive the award in recognition of the hard work and dedication of our volunteers supporting patients and families touched by vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
Annabelle's Challenge is proud to be one of the Mayor of Bury's chosen charities for 2016/17 helping us to raise awareness and funds for vascular EDS.
REDS4VEDS Day is now a global annual awareness event which takes place on the third Friday during May to raise awareness of vascular EDS on social media.
Supporters wear something red and share their image on social media using the hashtag #Reds4Veds. This year was amazing with many images being shared internationally.
#REDS4VEDS Day : Friday 17th May 2019
Annabelle's Challenge is a proud sponsor of Bury Thunder, a local netball team who is helping to raise awarness of our charity. The team was set up in 2016 from an initiative of the IWILLIFYOUWILL campaign.
